Hesap Silme

Tramersiz: Car Sales Simulator — Son güncelleme: 14 Eylül 2026

Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparak oluşturduğunuz Tramersiz bulut hesabını kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Misafir olarak oynadıysanız bulut hesabınız yoktur; verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızdadır ve uygulamayı silmeniz yeterlidir.

Uyarı: bu işlem geri alınamaz. Buluttaki kariyer yedeğiniz silinir; uygulamayı silip yeniden kurduğunuzda ya da cihaz değiştirdiğinizde kariyerinizi ve satın aldığınız altınları geri getiremezsiniz.

Uygulama içinden

  1. Tramersiz uygulamasını açın.
  2. Ayarlar → Hesap bölümüne gidin.
  3. Hesabı sil'e dokunun ve onaylayın. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız, hesabınızı doğrulamanız için Apple bir kez daha sorabilir.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa

etkadevelopment@gmail.com adresine, hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden (veya Apple/Google ile giriş yaptığınız hesabın e-postasından) "Tramersiz account deletion" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde işlenir ve silme tamamlandığında size bilgi verilir.

Silinen veriler

  • Bulut hesabınız (giriş sağlayıcısının hesap kimliği, e-posta adresi, varsa ad ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı)
  • Buluttaki kariyer yedeğiniz (galeri/oyuncu adı, araçlar, bakiye, altın, ilerleme)
  • Hesabınıza bağlı altın satın alma kayıtları (işlem kimliği, ürün, altın miktarı, satın alma zamanı)

Silinmeyen / başkaları tarafından tutulan veriler

  • Cihazınızdaki kariyer: uygulamayı cihazınızdan silene kadar cihazda kalır.
  • Satın alma kayıtları: Apple, Google ve RevenueCat, satın alma ve fatura kayıtlarını kendi politikalarına ve yasal yükümlülüklerine göre saklar. Premium aboneliğiniz hesap silinerek iptal edilmez; iptal için mağaza ayarlarınızı kullanın.
  • Çökme raporları: Sentry'deki raporlar kendi saklama süresi dolunca silinir; daha önce silinmesini isterseniz yukarıdaki adrese yazın.

Delete Account

Tramersiz: Car Sales Simulator — Last updated: 14 September 2026

You can permanently delete the Tramersiz cloud account you created with Sign in with Apple or Google. If you only played as a guest, you have no cloud account; your data lives on your device and deleting the app is enough.

Warning: this cannot be undone. Your cloud career backup is deleted, so your career and purchased gold can no longer be restored after reinstalling the app or switching devices.

In the app

  1. Open the Tramersiz app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm your account once more.

Can't access the app?

Email etkadevelopment@gmail.com with the subject "Tramersiz account deletion", from the email address linked to your account (or the email of the Apple/Google account you signed in with). We process requests within 30 days and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your cloud account (sign-in provider account identifier, email address, and name and profile photo link if shared)
  • Your cloud career backup (dealership/player names, vehicles, balance, gold, progress)
  • Gold purchase records linked to your account (transaction identifier, product, gold amount, purchase time)

What is not deleted / held by others

  • The career on your device: stays on the device until you delete the app.
  • Purchase records: Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase and billing records under their own policies and legal obligations. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
  • Crash reports: reports held by Sentry expire under its retention period; write to us if you want them removed sooner.
