Solen'i kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Solen bireysel bir geliştirici (Etka) tarafından işletilir.
Hizmetin kapsamı
Solen, cilt fotoğrafınızı analiz ederek kozmetik amaçlı, kişiselleştirilmiş bir bakım rutini önerir. Uygulama bir tıbbi cihaz değildir, tanı koymaz ve tedavi önermez. Uygulamanın önerileri bir doktor veya dermatoloğun görüşünün yerini tutmaz.
Abonelik ve fiyatlandırma
Solen Pro, App Store üzerinden satın alınan otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik hizmetidir. Şu an sunulan planlar:
- Haftalık — haftada 6,99 $ (bölgenize göre yerel para birimiyle gösterilir)
- Yıllık — yılda 59,99 $ (bölgenize göre yerel para birimiyle gösterilir)
Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple hesabınıza yansıtılır. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden 24 saat öncesine kadar hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminizi etkilemez.

Hesabınız

Sorumluluk reddi
Solen "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Önerilen rutin ve bulguların doğruluğu veya belirli bir sonucu garanti etmeyiz. Cilt durumunuz kötüleşirse veya endişe verici bir değişiklik fark ederseniz derhal bir sağlık uzmanına başvurun.
Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfa ve yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.

What the service does
Solen analyses a photo of your skin and suggests a personalised, cosmetic-purpose skincare routine. The app is not a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and its suggestions do not replace advice from a doctor or dermatologist.
Subscription and pricing
Solen Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. Plans currently offered:
- Weekly — $6.99/week (shown in your local currency where applicable)
- Yearly — $59.99/year (shown in your local currency where applicable)
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown above. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings; cancelling does not affect access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.
Some users may be shown a one-time discounted "win-back" offer (e.g. $19.99 for the first year) when first dismissing the paywall; this offer is shown once, and subsequent renewals continue at the standard yearly price.
Free tier
Solen is usable for free with a limited number of scans and coach questions; a Pro subscription removes these limits.
Your account
You may permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, harassment, or violation of these terms.

Solen is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any finding or routine, or any particular outcome. See a medical professional promptly if your skin worsens or you notice a change that concerns you.

These terms may be updated from time to time; this page and the date above are updated for any material change.
