Solen, cilt fotoğrafınızı analiz ederek kişiselleştirilmiş bakım rutini öneren bir uygulamadır. Bu sayfa hangi verinin toplandığını, nereye gittiğini ve — en önemlisi — fotoğrafınızın neden hiçbir yerde saklanmadığını açıkça anlatır.
Fotoğraflar hiçbir zaman saklanmaz
Bir taramada çektiğiniz fotoğraf, analiz için tek seferlik olarak Google Gemini API'ye gönderilir ve isteğin süresi kadar bellekte tutulur. Sunucu veritabanımızda fotoğrafı tutacak hiçbir alan (dosya, blob veya harici depolama referansı) bulunmuyor. Saklanan tek şey, modelin ürettiği bulgular (ör. "gözenek görünürlüğü", bulgunun fotoğraf üzerindeki konumu) gibi türetilmiş kodlardır — fotoğrafın kendisi değil.
Hesabınız ve topladığımız veri
Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda, cihazınıza özel rastgele bir kimlikle (install id) anonim bir hesap oluşturulur — isim, e-posta veya telefon numarası istenmez. İsterseniz Apple ile Giriş Yap özelliğiyle bu hesabı yükseltebilirsiniz; bu durumda yalnızca Apple'ın verdiği kimlik ve (paylaşmayı seçtiyseniz) e-posta adresiniz saklanır.
Hesabınızla ilişkili olarak şunlar sunucularımızda tutulur:
- Cilt tipi ve hassasiyet gibi profil bilgileri (anket cevaplarınız)
- Tarama sonuçları — yalnızca türetilmiş bulgu kodları, fotoğraf değil
- Rutininiz ve hangi adımları tamamladığınıza dair günlük kayıtlar
- Koç ile yazışma geçmişiniz (metin olarak)
- Rafınıza eklediğiniz ürünler (barkod ile)
- Abonelik durumunuz (aktif/pasif)
Satın almalar
Uygulama içi abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Abonelik durumunuzu yönetmek için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz; bu hizmet anonim kurulum kimliğinizi ve satın alma kayıtlarınızı işler.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Solen üç dış hizmet kullanır: fotoğraf analizi için Google Gemini API, abonelik yönetimi için RevenueCat ve isteğe bağlı girişler için Apple Sign in with Apple. Bunların dışında hiçbir analitik, reklam veya izleme SDK'sı kullanılmaz.
Tıbbi bir uygulama değildir
Solen yalnızca kozmetik öneriler sunar; hiçbir tıbbi teşhis koymaz veya tedavi önermez. Değişen, yayılan veya sizi endişelendiren herhangi bir cilt durumu için bir doktora danışın.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız ve verilerinizi silme
Uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yoluyla hesabınızı ve ona bağlı tüm tarama, rutin ve profil verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten bizimle iletişime geçin.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikada değişiklik olursa bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değiştirilir.

Solen analyses a photo of your skin and suggests a personalised skincare routine. This page explains exactly what data is collected, where it goes, and — most importantly — why your photo is never stored anywhere.
Photos are never stored
A photo you take during a scan is sent once to the Google Gemini API for analysis and held in memory only for the length of that request. Our database has no column, file or external storage reference capable of holding a photo. What we do keep is the derived findings the model produces — for example, a finding's category and its normalised position on the photo — never the photo itself.
Your account and what we collect
The first time you open the app, an anonymous account is created, keyed to a random identifier generated for your device (install id) — no name, email or phone number is requested. You can optionally upgrade this account with Sign in with Apple, in which case only the identifier Apple provides — and your email address, if you choose to share it — is stored.
Tied to your account, we store:
- Profile details such as skin tone and sensitivities (your quiz answers)
- Scan results — derived finding codes only, never the photo
- Your routine and a daily log of which steps you completed
- Your conversation history with the coach (as text)
- Products you added to your shelf (by barcode)
- Your subscription status (active/inactive)
Purchases
In-app subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. Your payment details never reach us. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status; it processes your anonymous install identifier and purchase records.
Third-party services
Solen uses three external services: Google Gemini API for photo analysis, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple Sign in with Apple for optional sign-in. No analytics, advertising or tracking SDK is used beyond these.
Not a medical app
Solen offers cosmetic guidance only — it does not diagnose or treat any condition. See a doctor for anything that changes, spreads or concerns you.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights and deleting your data
Delete your account, and every scan, routine and profile record tied to it, permanently from Settings → Delete account inside the app. This cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, contact us at the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above are updated.
