Kısa özet
Profil, hedef, öğün, kilo ve sohbet verilerin kişisel koçluk deneyimini sunmak için kullanılır. Beslenme geçmişin varsayılan olarak cihazında tutulur; reklam profili oluşturmak veya verilerini satmak için kullanılmaz. Sunucu tarafında yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken teknik kimlik özetleri ve sayaçlar tutulur.
AI ile işlenen veriler
Koça gönderdiğin mesaj, seçtiğin fotoğraf ve yalnızca yanıt için gereken hedef, öğün ve yakın sohbet özeti OpenAI API altyapısına iletilir. Yaş, biyolojik cinsiyet, boy ve tam profil kaydı AI isteğine eklenmez. AskDiet bu içerikleri kendi veritabanına kaydetmez ve OpenAI isteğinde kalıcı uygulama saklamasını kapatır. OpenAI'nin güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme günlükleri için kendi saklama kuralları geçerli olabilir.
Abonelik doğrulama ve ücretsiz kota
Koç isteğinde iki teknik kimlik AskDiet API'sine iletilir. Birincisi satın alma kimliğindir: sunucu bununla Pro aboneliğinin geçerli olup olmadığını RevenueCat üzerinden doğrular ve sonucu birkaç dakikalık kısa bir önbellekte tutar. Apple ile bağlanmadıysan bu kimlik RevenueCat'in ürettiği anonim bir tanımlayıcıdır; bağlandıysan Apple kullanıcı tanımlayıcındır. İkincisi uygulamanın kurulum başına ürettiği anonim bir cihaz tanımlayıcısıdır ve yalnızca ücretsiz koç mesajı sayacının anahtarı olarak kullanılır; hesabınla ya da Apple kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmez. Teknik güvenlik verileri
API hizmeti; kötüye kullanımı önlemek, istek sınırlarını uygulamak ve hataları gidermek için IP adresini isteğin işlendiği an bellekte kullanır. Kalıcı hız sınırı kayıtlarında IP adresi ham olarak saklanmaz; gizli bir anahtarla SHA-256 özetine dönüştürülür ve yalnızca sayaç anahtarı olarak kullanılır. Bu özet geri çevrilemez, kimlik doğrulamak için kullanılmaz ve dakikalık ile günlük sayaç pencereleri dolduğunda kendiliğinden geçersizleşir. Hata günlüklerinde istek zamanı, durum kodu ve istek kimliği tutulur. Bu veriler reklam takibi için kullanılmaz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
AI yanıtları OpenAI tarafından işlenir. Uygulama/API barındırması ve hız sınırı ile kota sayaçları kendi sunucumuzda (Hetzner, Almanya) tutulur; bu veriler üçüncü bir barındırma veya veritabanı sağlayıcısına gönderilmez. Abonelikler Apple App Store ve RevenueCat tarafından işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgilerine erişmeyiz.
Apple bağlantısı
Apple ile bağlanmayı seçersen Apple kullanıcı tanımlayıcın satın alma erişimini ilişkilendirmek için cihazında güvenli alanda ve RevenueCat sisteminde kullanılır; koç isteklerinde abonelik doğrulaması için AskDiet API'sine de iletilir. Ücretsiz mesaj sayacı Apple kimliğine değil, ayrı ve anonim cihaz tanımlayıcısına bağlıdır. Apple bağlantısı zorunlu değildir.
Bildirimler
İzin verirsen cihazında koç kontrol bildirimleri planlanır. Profil ekranından kapatabilir; işletim sistemi ayarlarından izni değiştirebilirsin.
Saklama ve silme
Profil ekranındaki “Verilerimi sil” seçeneği cihazdaki profil, sohbet, yemek, kilo, planlanmış koç bildirimleri ve Apple bağlantı verisini siler. Sunucudaki ücretsiz mesaj sayacı cihaz tanımlayıcının özetine bağlıdır; bu yüzden uygulama içindeki veri silme ve Apple bağlantısını kaldırma işlemleri ücretsiz mesaj hakkını sıfırlamaz. Uygulamayı silip yeniden kurarsan yeni bir cihaz tanımlayıcısı üretilir. Aktif abonelik App Store üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilmelidir.
Yaş ve sağlık uyarısı
AskDiet 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir; tıbbi tanı veya tedavi sunmaz. Acil veya klinik durumlarda sağlık uzmanına başvur.

In short
Your profile, goal, meal, weight and chat data are used to provide the personal coaching experience. Your nutrition history stays on your device by default; it is not used to build an advertising profile and is not sold. Only the technical identifier digests and counters needed to run the service are kept server-side.
Data processed by the AI
The message you send the coach, any photo you choose, and only the goal, meal and recent-chat summary needed for a reply are sent to the OpenAI API. Your age, biological sex, height and full profile record are not included in the AI request. AskDiet does not save this content to a database of its own and disables persistent storage on the OpenAI request. OpenAI's own retention rules may apply to its safety and abuse-prevention logs.
Subscription checks and the free quota
Two technical identifiers are sent to the AskDiet API with a coach request. The first is your purchase identifier: the server uses it to verify your Pro subscription through RevenueCat and caches the result briefly. If you have not signed in with Apple this is an anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat; if you have, it is your Apple user identifier. The second is an anonymous per-install device identifier used only as the key for the free coach-message counter; it is not linked to your account or Apple identity. Both are stored in the counter record as a SHA-256 digest produced with a secret key, never raw. Your name, email address and chat content are not part of this check.
Technical security data
To prevent abuse, apply request limits and debug errors, the API uses your IP address in memory for the moment the request is handled. Persistent rate-limit records never store the raw IP: it is turned into a SHA-256 digest with a secret key and used only as a counter key. That digest cannot be reversed, is not used to authenticate anyone, and expires on its own when the per-minute and per-day counter windows lapse. Error logs keep the request time, status code and request id. None of this is used for advertising tracking.
Service providers
AI replies are processed by OpenAI. App/API hosting and the rate-limit and quota counters run on our own server (Hetzner, Germany); that data is not sent to a third-party hosting or database provider. Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose to sign in with Apple, your Apple user identifier is used in the device's secure storage and in RevenueCat to associate your purchase access, and is sent to the AskDiet API for subscription verification on coach requests. The free-message counter is tied to the separate anonymous device identifier, not to your Apple identity. Signing in with Apple is optional.
Notifications
With your permission, coach check-in notifications are scheduled on your device. You can switch them off from the Profile screen, or change the permission in your operating system settings.
Retention and deletion
“Delete my data” on the Profile screen removes the profile, chat, meal, weight, scheduled coach notification and Apple sign-in data held on the device. The server-side free-message counter is keyed on the digest of the device identifier, so deleting data in the app or unlinking Apple does not reset your free message allowance. Deleting and reinstalling the app generates a new device identifier. An active subscription must also be cancelled through the App Store.
